Can you hold a place before I apply?
No-funds are necessary to reserve any seasonal rental.

How old do you have to be to apply?
18 year old and in some cases 55.

Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, unless there is damage or outstanding utility bills.

When do I pay the reservation fee?
At time of booking/signing short term rental agreement; 25-50% of the total rental amount is due upon time of booking, if less than 90 day window before arrival 100% will be due at time of booking/signing, a 75 dollar processing fee and the balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Is the reservation fee refundable?
No, unless the unit is re-rented at the same terms and conditions of your rental agreement.

You have a property I want to rent, how do I apply?
Call and speak with one of the seasonal agents, they will go over the short term rental agreement and if need be HOA application.

How do I pay rent?
USD only or credit card with a 3% charge.

I want/need to leave before my rental agreement ends, what do I do?
Contact one of our seasonal agents and return ALL keys, remotes, and access devises to our office.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?
