If it’s an emergency you can call the emergency line at 941-650-8107, otherwise all routine business will be dealt with during business hours.

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, but deposits will not be made or checks cut until unit occupancy. Usually but not always 7-10 days after tenant moves in.

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
No, as your hired management company we will sign and take care of that paperwork; a notice of rental will be mailed or emailed once deposit is made.

Do you sell restate too?
No, but if you are looking to sell we would be happy to refer you to one of our trusted agents.

How and when do I get my checks?
Usually within 7-10 business days after occupancy; direct deposit or check.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenants?
We hold a credit card during their rental term.

How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as all the paperwork is signed, and owner reserve is paid.

How much is the owner’s reserve?
$500.

What is the owner’s reserve?
A fund that will be used for paying any expenses.

What type of properties do you manage?
Condo, single family homes, villas, apartments and all in between.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
We don’t send out any reports; you can log onto your owner portal and print any reports out any time you want.

Who holds the tenants security deposit?
The broker of record hold the security deposit in a noninterest bearing escrow account.
