About Us

Stephanie is co-owner of Home & Condo Rentals, Inc. and has held a Florida Real Estate license since 1993. Stephanie’s past experience has been collections with Chase Leasing, bookkeeper with property management company. Stephanie also has extensive computer training and does some consulting for a property management software company. She and husband Darrell have 3 children, Mallory, Molly and Max and 5 grandchildren, Annabelle, Charlotte, Sawyer, Caroline, and Magnolia.

Beau was born and raised in Venice, FL. He got his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University. He joined Home & Condo in 2015 after getting his Florida Real Estate license and became part of the Brandow family in December of 2015 when he married Molly. He trained in our maintenance department before taking over the annual rentals.

Molly grew up in Venice after moving here in 1991 from Missouri. After a career in the health field, She is now joining the family business working side-by-side with her husband, mother and father while raising her beautiful daughters Sawyer, Caroline and Magnolia.

Linda relocated to Venice, Florida with her husband David in 1998 from the great state of Maine. She has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1999 and has experience in general real estate and new construction in Sarasota County.

Jessica is Florida born and raised, she has been living here in Venice for the last 15 years with her husband, Derrick and two kids, Baileigh and Grant. With a background in the medical field, she is heavily involved with youth sports here in the community and is excited to kick start her career in property management handling the Annual Rentals for Home & Condo Rentals. Her honesty and sincerity in dealing with everyone that she meets makes her a wonderful addition to the team. We welcome Jessica and are excited about the heights she can make it to.

Emma has lived in Florida for over 30 years and has eben an Administrator in the real estate field for over 20 years. She has been with Home & Condo Rentals, Inc. since 2007.

Darrell’s duties are the oversee the maintenance calls/work and to make sure we have all keys, remotes, gate passes and any other object and information pertaining to the properties. Working closely with our vendors insures we get the best service available. Darrell’s past experience has been in air conditioning/ heating business. Darrell has his Real Estate Broker’s license. Missouri was also Darrell’s home prior to moving to Venice.

The grandkids of Darrell and Stephanie, you may see these 5 beautiful girls from time to time at the office brightening up everyone’s day and “helping out” around the office.
